I reserve the right to decline any work if I find it outside of my ability to complete it to the highest standard.

I reserve the right to use/publish and/or livestream and record the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise.

I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal.

If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift I may delay public showcase at the request of the client.

I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork, unless discussed otherwise.

I reserve the right to turn down work with deadlines I can not reasonably accommodate.

I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication and/or rude or inappropriate behavior.

I may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.

No AI / NFT. My work, for both private and commercial are not to be and will never be allowed to be used as NFT's or AI prompts. You may not re-sell, use or promote my work for anything NFT or AI related.*

The client does not own the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever and agrees that this is strictly for personal use (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.) unless discussed otherwise.

If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use, this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the commercial rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.

The commercial rights consist of 100-200% of the original price, in addition to the original cost.

Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if commercial rights are transferred.

Payments will be made up front before work on the commission begins (larger payments may be split up upon discussion).

Payments will be made with Paypal in EUR (€).

Payments will be initiated via an invoice sent to the client by myself.
