I reserve the right to decline any work if I find it outside of my ability to complete it to the highest standard.

I reserve the right to use/publish and/or livestream and record the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise.

I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog, or journal.

If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift I may delay public showcase at the request of the client.

I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork, unless discussed otherwise.

I reserve the right to turn down work with deadlines I can not reasonably accommodate.

I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication and/or rude or inappropriate behavior.

I may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.

No AI / NFT. My work, for both private and commercial are not to be and will never be allowed to be used as NFT's or AI prompts. You may not re-sell, use or promote my work for anything NFT or AI related.*

The client does not own the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever and agrees that this is strictly for personal use (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.) unless discussed otherwise.

If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use, this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the commercial rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.

The commercial rights consist of 100-200% of the original price, in addition to the original cost.

Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if commercial rights are transferred.

Payments will be made up front before work on the commission begins (larger payments may be split up upon discussion).

Payments will be made with Paypal in EUR (€).

Payments will be initiated via an invoice sent to the client by myself.

The client must discuss any deadline expectations they have with me before payment.

There will be a rush and delivery fee depending on the deadline.

If you commissioned me, but happen to have money trouble (sudden medical bills, accident, etc) then DM me as soon as possible, and we can work something out! :)

If you still want the work, then tell me, so I save the work and don't reuse it for personal work or other commissions until you can pay me.

Displayed prices can change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece. The prices listed are only a guide/the starting price.

In the event that I can't accept new work, the client will be given the option of being placed on a waiting list, to be contacted when commissions are available again. The client does not need to pay to be placed on the waiting list. Being on the waiting list only constitutes a promise for me to contact them when I'm available for work again. It is the responsibility of the client to give correct and up to date contact information to me.

I will not handle depiction of sexually explicit (nsfw) materials, religious, controversial and hateful images. Artistic nudity, violence, gore, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The Client must read, understand and agree to all the terms above before entering into an agreement with me, the artist. By sending payment, it is of my understanding that you, the Client agree to the above terms.

I will not discuss a commission with a client via public forum. Communications about commissions between client and me can be done via E-Mail, Twitter or Discord depending on your preference. Please always feel free to message me with questions! 🐸

You may not use my freebies to make your own templates for distribution. That means you may not copy & paste my template or use my templates as a "base" to make your own freebie templates or templates for sale.

You may use my templates to make your own for personal use! It's also fine to use them as a base for your rp group or other personal projects.

Please provide credit to my account (/Nymphdae).

You are allowed to edit templates in any way you wish. You may fuse my templates together. You may fuse my freebie templates with other templates as long as all creators are credited.

Please replace the pictures, texts and other information's to fit your needs.
